North American Asian Ministry progress: At the launching of CAME in May, 1998 there were 48 Asian missions in North America.

Today - 208 Asian missions in the LCMS! Thousands of Asians have been baptized in the past five years through CAME and her partners. Now Lutherans are sharing the Gospel with tens of thousands! Praise God for working though His vessels!

New Missions: Please pray for the following missions and missionaries which are currently in the planning stages:

• Hmong outreach in Springdale, Arkansas, California, and Massachusette.

• Chinese outreach at multiple sites in the Peninsula area, San Francisco, CA, and in New Jersey

• Asian Indian outreach at Trinity, Lisle, IL, Our Savior, Bettendorf, IA, Calvary, and Cleveland, OH.

• Vietnamese outreach in Gulport & Biloxi, and Orlando, Florida (as our partners recover from Katrina).

• Additional overseas missions in Asia—sites in Vietnam, Cambodia, Burma, China and India

 And other mission fields that will be prepared for outreach in 2006 and beyond, include:
