CAME's mission is:
      to equip and empower congregations to reach out to the 97% of Asian- Americans who are unchurched.


CAME is a ministry consortium of the English, Southeastern, Florida-Georgia,  Eastern, Texas, Michigan, Northern Illinois, New England, Slovak Evangelical, Rocky Mountain, Southern, Ohio, and Missouri Districts together with the Atlantic and New Jersey Districts of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS). LCMS World Mission (North America Missions) is also a major partner in the CAME consortium.

CAME’s Board of Directors consists of representatives from these 15 districts of the LCMS as well as Antioch partner congregations, which includes: St. Andrew, Silver Springs MD, Trinity, Lisle, IL, and St. Stephen's, Hickory, NC. CAME’s work is also supported with donations and prayers by 83 associate congregations and numerous Lutheran families and individuals.

CAME is an acronym for: Center for Asian  Missions & Evangelism “...for Jesus Christ CAME to seek and to save the lost...” (Luke 19:10). CAME is an independently operated, non-profit, tax-exempt, 501c3 organization affiliated with the LCMS. Continued financial support from congregations and families are necessary for the expansion of CAME’s ministries.
